Method 1: Use the IE7 menu command.

Open IE7, select the menu command: Tools → Delete Browsing History, and then click the delete all button in the displayed "Delete Browsing History" dialog box.

Method 2: Use the command line command.

Open the command prompt, enter the following command as needed, and press Enter:
