Yum tips: How to query the list of files contained in an RPM package on the source Service

We know that to query the list of files of an installed RPM package

Rpm-QL xxxxxx

For example:

Rpm-QL gstreamer

If gstreamer is not installed and we do not want to install it, but want to know if it contains the file we want, what should we do ???

Use repoquery, which is only a tool of Yum-utils.

The parameters are the same as those of RPM.

Example:

repoquery -ql gstreamer
