After the product screening, we chose the cm10 consumer machine of central control technology for the following reasons:

This document is very simple mainly to describe the HTTP request and returned information, but it can be seen that there are a lot of incorrect words and the descriptions of some instructions are inconsistent.

 

So I contacted the sales staff again, and then gave me their phone number for Shenzhen technology. After a few days, I finally got a response from someone.

What's most hateful is that making a phone call to the Shenzhen Technology Department of the Central Control Technology Department is the most depressing and complaining thing for me. There are several reasons:

 

1. A phone call is a waste of three minutes, and I often cannot find anyone;

 

2. Call the front-end to contact the consumer data department. The front-end says no.

3. Then I went to the phone and told the front-end to know where I was. I finally talked to a person for a minute and suddenly said that I was not responsible for him. The tone was really unbearable, it seems that he is a customer of mine. I 'd like to help you with it, and he said he could not transfer it;

4. Alas, tangle. The next day, I found that only one person is responsible for Secondary Development of the ID consumer machine;

5. So I called again and switched over. Yes, this time this person is more arrogant, there is no basic telephone etiquette, feed you where it is, I said that you just bought your Central Control ID cm10 a few days ago; he said, "I, ask where you are. Speechless, I said it was "Guangzhou ". Well, after several minutes of struggle, I began to ask why I couldn't communicate with ID cm10 based on the Protocol. He didn't even hear what I said, and said, "You have returned yet ", I said "yes ". He said, "You don't need to return it to the machine. It will come and take whatever it wants ". Depressed, you thought I was a fairy. How do I know what the machine wants? So I had to develop a second time to determine what commands the machine sends and what data I should return to it. We can't help you solve this problem on a full-time basis .". I said, "let me send you our program to see if it is wrong." He thought for a long time, "okay ."

9. I changed the code and sent it to him. In fact, if I didn't solve the problem, I really wouldn't want to give it to them. There are two reasons: 1. Password-related transactions may occur; 2. They do not have related sdks or demos. Maybe they want me to give them a free demo. But to solve the problem, I simplified the program again.
