FreeBSD 9.0 The first beta release has been released. The lack of a PC98 architecture that supports floppy boot and new ATA_CAM infrastructure is reducing Tier-2 status. Note that between this period of time and Beta 2, we will finalize that we need to have our own version of the shared library list (converted to a symbolic version with only one subset of a library). Therefore, work in the currently built list package, but when the problem occurs, you will need to recompile any applications that you have installed, and you may need a suitable precompiled package.
