Sem_get

Syntax: int sem_get (int key [, int max_acquire [, int perm]])

Description:

Success returns the signal identifier of a positive number and the error returns false.

The ID returned by Sem_get () can be used to access the System V signal and, if necessary, establish a signal using the permission bits specified in the parameter perm (preset is 0666). Max_auquire is used to set the number of simultaneous signal processing, with a preset value of 1.

The second call to this function with the same key will return different signal identifier, but all two identifier are accessed under the same signal.
