The beauty of UI design is that you not only need the right skills, but also understand the relationship between the user and the program. An effective user interface is concerned with the implementation of the user's goals, and everything, including visual elements and functional operations, needs to be complete and consistent. To achieve this goal, you need to ask yourself 10 basic questions.
1. Is your UI highly consistent?
The user comes to your site, the mind will maintain a habit of thinking, your UI needs to be consistent, lest the user's thinking direction is disrupted. For example, if you have a product in a heading that you can drag and drop to a shopping cart, all the products in your site should be able to do so. Put the buttons in a similar position on different pages, use matching colors, use consistent grammar and writing habits, and make your pages consistent.
Are users free to take control of their own operations?
You should analyze whether your site is easy to navigate. Users should be free to take control of their browsing behavior, making sure they can jump out of a place and exit without hindrance. The behavior of pop-up windows before the user leaves is a big problem with UI usability.
Do you know who your user base is?
To design a valid UI, you must have an understanding of your user base, different user classes have different understanding of the different design elements, 17~25岁 age group, and 40-55 years old people have different preferences. Your UI design must be designed for your user base.
Do you have enough precautions to prevent mistakes?
