For example:
Prepare a text file: abc.txt
Content:
ABC, XYZ
CDE, fgh
Hkm, FDS
The extension is con. CTL. The content of the control file is:
Load data
Infile 'C: \ abc.txt'
Append
Into Table mm (
M1 position () Char, first to third character
M2 position () Char) fifth to seventh characters
Sqlldr TT/TT control = c: \ con. ctl data = c: \ abc.txt; insert data to the TT mm table as TT
If you do not know the character length, it is in different formats:
Into Table mm (
M1 char terminater ",",
M2 char terminater by ",") separated by commas (,) and written to M2. The previous one is written to M1.
