This solution can use the hardware platform of the existing boss system and resize the existing hardware. The existing software needs to be transformed to collect conversation orders and pre-process the phone orders, the billing and accounting modules will be expanded according to the new rules.

Solution 2: Establish an independent 3G billing system to complete the functions of collecting and billing data for the 3G network-bearer services, and then submit the price after the approval to the 2G Billing accounting system, A comprehensive bill is generated by the 2G billing system.

This scheme will separately build a collection and billing module, which has a great impact on the existing boss system.
