This product team was the last app "customer migration ekeo" team, so everyone was familiar with it. At that time, we learned the lessons of the previous app, one month later, the product was launched. During the R & D process, the push and promotion activities were synchronized.

In the process of continuous iteration and trial and error, I slowly discovered the problems of this product:

1. this is a passive social activity rather than an active social activity. If you want to use this product to meet strangers, you must be within mb. However, in most scenarios, users do not often move around, only living in a certain region.

2. This product for silk cannot provide enough topics to meet social needs. For example, I met a stranger and told me that I didn't know how to chat.

3. This product must use mobile phone numbers and address books, but in fact, it is costly to get the user's mobile phone number. At that time, the text message industry was just reorganized, and the delay of text messages was often very serious.

During the trial and error process, I slowly felt that this product was not working.

After the app was finally operated in August this year, the team was disbanded.

I joined this company after the Spring Festival, and I was most impressed by the concept of "customer service for all.

In a company, customer service is the role that maintains the most close contact with users. However, in traditional ideas, only specific customer service can access users, other roles in the team do not touch users.

All customer service means that everyone in the entrepreneurial team should contact users, understand user needs, and integrate with users. What kind of good products can be developed even if users do not know?

However, many users do not know the problems that I think are very simple. This requires me to constantly change my mind and think about problems, communicate, and explain problems from the developer's perspective.

In this way, I learned how to communicate with the user, and the requirement for the user is more detailed.
