A problem occurred with the Dell Server Idrac card, which appears when accessed from the browser:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and is unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, [no address given] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything Y OU might has done so may has caused the error.

US colleagues suggest a cold power cycle is required. I started thinking that a cold power cycle would be server power off. What he said about "a complete cycle" is complicated:
1. Remotely shut down the server
2. Dial out the two power cables from the server
3. Wait a minute
3.1 Press and hold the server power switch for up to 30 seconds (or more than 30 seconds) to exhaust the power supply
4. Plug the power cord back in and then start the server by the server power switch
If Idrac is still not working, it is recommended to repeat 3 and 4 more times.
