The reproduction and growth of talents require a certain period of time. In a certain period of time, there are some qualified people in the market. If the industry grows rapidly, the supply of talents will often fail to meet the needs of the industry.
As a result, employers must face the reality and reduce their employment requirements. For example, in the past, some jobs did not consider fresh graduates. Now, there are not so many skilled candidates that can survive, so we have to face up to the reality, we are considering accepting new graduates. At this time, new people are in a relatively cost-effective position and can get a good start point. This is also the time for your professional and good education to play a role at birth.
My personal point of view is for your reference. In China, such as the Internet, education, medicine, communication, and energy industries, they are all optimistic about the industry, with high profitability and value-added, ability to resist cyclical inflation.
There was a joke that a young lady sent a text message to her fellow villagers, saying: "A Lot Of Money, stupid, come on ." Sometimes our peers joke that there is such a taste in this market, there is a lot of money (the industry's economic benefits are growing rapidly), people are stupid (qualified candidates are getting harder and harder to find, therefore, employers have to lower their requirements. It does feel that the average quality of personnel is declining. Although not "stupid", it cannot be the same as five years ago.-high incomes and good development, it can also meet your professional aspirations, so it's not "coming soon.

Besides, Major, interest, and income

In universities, we primarily cultivate ways of thinking.
I hope that your major is what you like and meets the needs of the macro-economy trend; otherwise, it is time to carefully select a career.
Professional, such as chemistry, should be regarded as a professional counterpart when entering a chemical company. After you go in, do you want to do sales, market, or R & D? The income of the three functions is good.

During the interview, I like to ask two questions for new sales applicants:

Some new people, who have excellent academic performance and good interpersonal relationships at school, are active in various Community activities. Perhaps because of the above reasons, I have noticed that the percentage of graduates from prestigious R & D schools is the highest each year. First, there are not many vacancies in R & D, that is, when you are in the initial stage, the total social demand is limited. Second, to do this, you need to focus on your talents and be crazy. It is depressing for a Chemistry engineer who cannot make a recipe that brings beautiful sales in his life. Only by converting science and technology into productivity can you realize its value, so he could not be a "Scientist", but a "Senior Chemistry engineer ". In other industries, after 35 years, totally is not a competitor of young people.

The position in the marketing department is one of the most ideal and popular positions, and has the characteristics of high income and high privilege. People with lofty ideals need to know that almost all marketing managers have done sales, in addition, top sales is used for sales.
In addition, if you want a comfortable and indifferent life, the marketing department is the most inappropriate. Although it does not carry the indicator pressure every month, you do not need to ask people to be sold. To make a market, we need the kind of people who are excited every day and pursuing their ideals with the passion of shape the market. Naturally, they have high requirements for logic and strategic thinking.

Although not all people are suitable for sales, I am very willing to recommend new people to start their career from sales. Let me give you a few reasons for doing sales.
1. More than 70% of CEOs are born and sold;
2. If you can make a three-year sales promotion and do nothing in the future, you will belong to the most powerful group and have the courage and ability to overcome all difficulties;

Therefore, in terms of the probability of a new employee, you should have the advantage of choosing a good position.
However, the birth of education is just a ticket. Let's see what you haven't confirmed: your influence, your adaptability, and your ability to withstand pressure.
All in all, your productivity must be higher than the average productivity to make sense to the users. By then, you will not be the labor cost of the enterprise, but the talent, otherwise your education will only be yours.

A good job always exists. The key is whether you are a potential talent. The question is back. What can you do in the future? What can you do now?

When I hear that management trainees are honest and grateful to evaluate the objective world, the most important thing is that they have a clear self-awareness. I feel that there is no need to worry about the post-80 s, this generation has its own leadership.
