A solution to an error when a ClickOnce application is installed on Windows7

You cannot install a ClickOnce-deployed application on a Windows7 today with the following error:

This application is OK on Windows XP and is estimated to be a problem with the. NET Framework version of Windows 7. After searching the network, the solution is as follows:
Uninstall the Microsoft NET Framework 4 extented
and Microsoft NET Framework 4 clinet profile

reinstalling the Microsoft. NET Framework 4.0 solves the problem.
