<a>: Defines a hyperlink that is used to link to another page from one page.
The default is blue, red when clicked, and purple after click.
Property:
HREF: Specifies the address of the link.
Download: Specifies that the link type is downloaded, download the href-defined file, and its value is customized. (currently only supports Firefox and Google Chrome)

Name: Specify the names of the anchors
Rel: Specifies the relationship between the current document and the linked document.
