1,Design Enterprise Informatization into a system

The Development of Enterprise Informatization in China is no longer the beginning of the period. We have a lot of experience and lessons in enterprise informatization. Nowadays, many enterprises often focus on how to implement a specific project when carrying out enterprise informatization. Many people think that the more projects there are, the higher the level of enterprise informatization. Because the enterprise business model contains all the business activities of the enterprise, and the enterprise information is centered around the business activities of the enterprise. Of course, this system can also have other names, but the most important thing is that this system can solve all the information problems in enterprise business activities.

2,Objectives of Enterprise Informatization

The goal of enterprise informatization is to be consistent with the ultimate goal of enterprise operation, that is, to maximize enterprise profits. This profit may be short-term or long-term. That is to say, informatization should serve various business activities to maximize the profits of enterprises. If Enterprise Informatization hinders the realization of this goal, it is wrong or ahead of schedule. Therefore, we do not think that all informatization is a good thing. The key is to carry out the evaluation on specific enterprises, we must have a deep understanding of this. The enterprise informatization goal is the embodiment of the enterprise's business objectives in the informatization aspect:

3,Separation of Business and Management

In the long-term process of enterprise informatization, we found that enterprise informatization often starts from reducing manual labor. Many enterprises started from the financial system, because the financial system can reduce the manual workload of writing creden, accounting, statistics, and report production, and the financial information can be conveniently saved and conveniently queried and processed after it enters the computer. With the development of enterprise informatization, enterprises will focus on business system construction and vigorously develop business systems. The business system contains many management functions, for example, a business system can generate statistical reports. It is characterized by a mix of business and management within a system. This is also related to the business model of enterprises. Many enterprises do not strictly divide business and management by region. Instead, they use a human-based system to meet individual requirements. If this system requires both business and management, this inevitably leads to a combination of business and management. With the further development of enterprise informatization, the enterprise business model is constantly evolving towards a specialized division of labor. The distinction between business and management is very obvious in actual work, it is manifested in the fact that enterprise managers are concerned about the timely acquisition of enterprise operation statistics, the acquisition of enterprise operation statistical analysis information, and the timely delivery of enterprise decision-making information. These business statistical information is not a single system information, but a comprehensive statistics of various system information. Objectively, it is necessary to establish a management information system to meet the requirements of managers. Therefore, the separation of business systems and management information systems is one of the symbols of the Enterprise Informatization Process. From the perspective of EOM, enterprise management is one of the seven elements of enterprise business activities and the highest level of enterprise business activities. Therefore, it is scientific and theoretical basis to divide Enterprise Informatization into business systems and management information systems.

Dividing an enterprise into business and management has the following meanings:

1)This enables scientific and logical division of enterprise operations, avoids the mixed business and management situations, and makes the business and management clearer.

In actual work, how can we distinguish between business activities, management activities, and our criteria?

We think that any specific activity involving employees in producing products and providing customer services is called a business activity. It has the following features:

Business subjects are enterprise employees (few senior managers) or enterprise customers.

2)Product and business problems

It is directly related to the design, production, sales, after-sales maintenance and other activities of products or services.

3)Data Source

Business activities generate data and result data of the business system.

4)Effectiveness

Business activities are usually real-time on the day, and business activities are generally not interrupted or postponed.

We believe that all managers at all levels of an enterprise and external supervisory authorities plan, analyze, direct, implement, direct, inspect, and supervise business activities of an enterprise. It has the following features:

2)Its management activities do not directly apply to products or services and related businesses.

This is the highest level of EOMs architecture, which is the most important foundation for enterprise informatization.
