Add a bubbling result field to the Publish return result object

1. Use a separate Publishresult object in the returned results instead of using the Commonresult object to add extensions easily.

2, the release operation needs to call other interfaces, using the Try{}catch package, which will not affect the results of the main operation release.

3. The results of invoking other interfaces are stored in the publication return result, which is convenient for front-end display.
