0. Install sliverlight Tools Beta 1 for Visual Studio 2008;
1. Open Visual Studio 2008 as an administrator;
2. Select "Index" in the "help" menu (Help-> index in English). Then, the development document library is created;
3. In filtered by, select unfiltered );
4. Enter" Collection manager [Visual Studio] "(collection manager is input in English version );
5. Double-click the relevant index item to see help for the collection manager;
6. Click" Visual Studio 2008 composite help collection manager ", which enters Visual Studio 2008 helps the collection manager; check whether the front of Microsoft Silverlight 2 SDK documentation is not checked;
7. Click the "Update VSCC" button at the bottom to bring up a dialog box. You must know which button to click;
8. Restart vs2008 and re-enter the document library. After more than 10 minutes, the sliverlight 2 SDK document will be displayed.

Issue: Silverlight help collections are not registered with Visual Studio and thus cannot be viewed inside of Visual Studio
Workaround:
1. Open Visual Studio (you might have to open vs as an administrator ).
2. In the Help menu, choose index. Microsoft document Explorer displays.
3. In the filtered by: drop-down, choose to (unfiltered ).
4. In the look for field, type collection manager.
5. Below the collection manager heading, double click Help.
6. below the collections available for authentication in VSCC heading, check Microsoft Silverlight 2 SDK documentation.
7. Click Update VSCC.
You will be prompted to close all open instances of Visual Studio. Follow Steps 1 through 3 above. Click the contents tab and look for Microsoft Silverlight 2 SDK.
Note: It will take only a few minutes to update the collection and merge in the Silverlight help files.
