ADODB. Stream error ' 800a0bb9 ' parameter type is incorrect, or is not within acceptable range, or conflicts with other arguments

Recently debugging a past project, ASP wrote, hint:

The line of code where the error occurred:

Stream.Write buff

Print variable length:

Response.write Lenb(buff)

The length of the variable is found to be 0, so this problem is caused, plus the following conditions are fixed:

if0then    Stream.Write buffendif

Note that this is the binary operation:
