I would like to mention that most of the currently used ADSL Modem interfaces are Ethernet interfaces. Therefore, you need to install the ethernet card on your computer. Most network adapters are not provided by carriers. We need to buy them by ourselves. The network adapter mentioned here is the network adapter used for common LAN, and the 10 M/M adaptive ethernet card, in Zhongguancun and other electronic markets.

Nic installation is also very important, which involves whether the following software can be correctly installed, so be sure to confirm that the NIC installation status is correct, the driver installation is correct. The specific viewing method is: Device Manager ---> network adapter ---> specific network card model. Check whether the information shown here is normal. When the Modem is started, the Modem needs to establish a link connection with the local device, so it takes 1-2 minutes to start. On top of the ITEC TD-2018, there are six indicators: PWR, ALM, WLK, WAC, LLK, and LAC.

ALM is an alarm light. It may be on when a problem occurs or a link is established.
WLK is a wide-area network-connected street lamp. When the government line is normal, it should always be on. If it is flashing or not on, it indicates that there is a problem with the line connected to the Telecommunications Bureau.
LLK is a LAN-link street lamp. When the connection to the network card is normal, it should always be on. If it is flashing or not on, it indicates that there is a problem with the line connecting to the network card.
The WAC and LAC indicators are respectively link activity indicators. When data passes through, they all flash.
