Advantages and disadvantages of SAP bi Tools

While there are few BI suite on the market, such as MicroStrategy and Pentaho, they have been competing with SAP's business Objects BI Suite.

Many of the more leading BI tool vendors, such as tableau or qlikview, may be able to surpass SAP in some areas, but some of the features of SAP BI Suite are still not achievable.

The biggest advantage of SAP BI Tools is its deep integration with other SAP applications, including SAP Business Suite, ERP, and EPM tools.

The breadth of its bi tools and the concept of semantic layer are also its advantages, although the semantic layer is not unique to SAP technology.

The biggest disadvantage of SAP compared to other tools is the user experience and usability.

This is partly due to the way it runs too many tools at the same time.

Mobile is the short board of SAP, and the quality of virtualization is not high, which also limits the development of SAP.

But in these areas, SAP's efforts are already being seen.

Of course, what kind of bi tool is best to use, but also depends on the specific needs of the enterprise.
