AEAI HR V1.5.1 Upgrade instructions, open source HR management system

The aeai hr_v1.5.1 version of this release is an upgraded version of the Aeai hr_v1.5.0 version, which is now open source and uploaded to the Open source community/HTTP/ Www.oschina.net/p/aeaihr.
1 Upgrade Instructions

AEAIHR based on customer feedback in the actual application process, the relevant bug is corrected, while perfecting some functions and optimizing the user experience.
