When you start the system today, the system prompts "Please install the TCP/IP protocol, error = 10106". The phenomenon is that Popo, QQ, and so on cannot log on, and IE cannot connect to the Internet, ping other machines and routers using the ping command to receive the returned data packets. However, Remote Desktop Connection cannot work properly.

 

Ii. solution:

To get the answer, you need to install the TCP/IP protocol again. Here are the steps to copy and install your own installation process and change it.

After reinstalling the TCP/IP protocol, OK!
 
The process is as follows:
 
1. Delete the two notebooks table options:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Winsock 
And
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Winsock2 
(We recommend that you back up the data by right-clicking the Winsock and WinSock 2 directories and selecting export, and selecting the saved file and name to export the reg note "two table files)
 
2. restart the computer. After the computer is restarted, the system prompts "Please install the TCP/IP protocol, error = 10044". Disable it directly)
 
3. Open "Local Connection" and click "properties"
 
4. Select "Install" and then select "protocol"
 
5. Select "Install from disk", enter c: \ windows \ INF, and click "OK"
 
6. Check the "Internet TCP/IP" protocol so that it is OK. You do not have to restart the service and resume normal operations. QQ can log on and IE can open the webpage, haha ......
