Agile basic knowledge based on story----iterative initiation and iterative review

In addition to the need to explain the accident, there are only two meetings that require all team members to participate, namely, "Iteration Initiation" and "Iteration review."

(1) Iteration Initiation will

Before the iteration begins, an iterative launch will be convened for the following two purposes:

Clear iterative cycle, that is, on-line time;

Identify the iteration goals, what priorities, and what story to deliver.

After you have defined the iteration cycle and the online time, follow the previous "iterative planning" to open an iterative start meeting, no longer repeat.

(2) The iterative review will

There is an iterative review at the end of each iteration, summarizing the iterations and making the team more and more beautiful.

Looking back at the question at the last meeting Top3 has been resolved

The purpose of the meeting was to look back at an iteration of the past and vent.

Meeting content including but not limited to praise, criticism (such as case study), narration, spit, complain, bui, etc, anyhow want to say what, everybody speak freely

The moderator of the meeting said the above topics recorded to the bright spots, questions and questions three quadrants (if there are hundred stickers, everyone write their own pasted up, and then one after another, so that we have nothing to be embarrassed to say the scruples)

Vote for the top three issues, give the solution, and assign to the head.
