An idiom story

This idiom is from the Analects of Confucius. "Zi Yue: 'No (W Hei, don't) desire speed, no see small profit. If you want to speed up, you will not be able to reach it. If you see little profit, you will not be able '." This is what Confucius said when teaching his disciples. It means not to be quick, but not to focus on immediate interests. If the image is fast, it will not reach the pre-period goal. If you only care about the immediate interests, it will not be a major event. Here is an old Arabic story.
Once upon a time there was an Arab merchant who went to Europe to sell goods. His business was booming and he had sold out all the goods he had brought with him in less than a few days. He happily bought some gifts for his family and drove them to his house. He turned his mind to an arrow, and spent the day and night on his journey. Later in the middle of the night, he threw himself into the store to rest. On the second day, he was busy on the road early in the morning. When the shopkeeper helped him pull the horse out of the canopy, he found that there was a nail missing from the iron palm on the left and back of the horse, and reminded him to give the horse a nail. The merchant said, "I will be home in ten days. I don't want to delay a dingtalk ." When the voice was not lost, he drove away.
Two days later, the merchant passed by a small town and was shouted by a dingtalk guy: "The horse's palm is about to fall. After this town, it is not easy to find another one ." The merchant said, "I will be home in the next eight days. I don't want to take a long time ." Not far away from the town. In a place where smoke is scarce, I lost my hand. The merchant thought, "Let's just drop it. I don't have time to return to the town. It's coming home ."
After a while, the horse began to scale. A wrangler said to him, "Let the horse keep its feet and then let it go. Otherwise, the horse will go slower. "" I will be home in six more days. It will take a long time to recover my horse ."
The horse stumbled even more, and a passer-by advised him to let the horse keep its legs and continue to drive, but he said: "God, how long does it take to raise your legs? I will be home again four days later. Don't delay my meeting with my loved ones !"
After another two days, the horse finally fell down, and the merchant had to leave the horse and the car and walk home with things on foot.
As a result, he traveled for four or five days in two days. Instead, he arrived at home two or three days later than the scheduled time.
