An unforgettable Period of Time-May

In a twinkling of an eye, a month is about to pass. In retrospect, I think it is necessary to write a summary, which is a monthly summary, or a review of the CEO's work! Next I will summarize what this month has done and what it feels like on the axis of time!

 

From October 11 to October 11, I attended classes collectively during the May Day. I also officially took over the work of the CEO. In the face of the upcoming exhibition and the current situation in the ninth phase, I started my journey as CEO. During this period, we have organized several rehearsals and selections for the works, with the aim of finding lessons and long-term experience for the formal works. In addition, we have also joined the leadership group. Here, we would like to thank the leaders of the ninth stage for their cooperation and support. Of course, we would also like to thank the leaders of the eighth stage for their guidance to us. Our forum with them has benefited us a lot. There is also an exhibition mobilization meeting for all people in the 9th stage. The purpose is to unite and actively work together to complete the exhibition. What I want to say here is that I think everyone in the ninth phase is good. You can all stand up at the crucial moment. It is not perfect to leave the exhibition!

In just four days, I felt like it was just an instant, but we did a lot of work, publicity preparation, venue viewing, and Computer Testing and backup, there are also various supplies for borrow and purchase, and so on. In just four days, we have made great preparations for the exhibition and laid the foundation for our future work. All in all, during this time, we were busy and tired, but we were full. We felt that every job we did was worth it and we learned something, which made us grow a lot!

 

From October to October, with the end of the October holiday, the professional courses also started. However, our publicity work was officially started. with the preparation for the holiday, the promotion work was quite smooth, although there are some twists and turns, they will be easily solved by us. Of course, in order to plan the work of the official exhibition, our class monitor has a meeting every day over the past few days. There will be new jobs every day, and there will be no class upgrading, but the work will be carried out silently. I still remember that during this period, the class leader talked about it for a job. I also remember the joy of our work together, and the bit by bit between us ......

During this period, we planned rehearsals in the auditorium of the school, giving everyone the feeling of coming to the venue. Although there is a number-letter College in the middle, the various activities of the College of liberal arts are fully inserted, but we are very good at using the famous saying of teacher mi-change is always the same. During this period, our plan was changed countless times, because the time varies by location, and the plan was changed based on actual conditions. Here, the venue layout is an important task for us. We visited people's activities in the early stage, visited the site, and learned the advantages of others, we designed our general arrangement. During the period, we led the arrangement of the venue in the ninth phase. there were risks and difficulties in hanging banners in the middle, and the cooperation and division of labor in the stage arrangement, guidance and testing on projector arrangement, network connection and architecture ...... Something we didn't think of in the middle, something we neglected, or something we made unreasonable about. However, after reminders, after everyone's efforts, we completed the venue layout within the specified time, laying the hardware foundation for our formal exhibition on the next day.

On the 12th day, everything was ready, but another 5.18 million yuan disrupted our plan. However, in the afternoon, we took the necessary time to complete rehearsals and procedures, if you are ready, wait. At half past six, we had a clear division of labor, and each of them was responsible for their small and important work. Together, the exhibition was run in an orderly manner and we followed the process we planned, looking at the smooth progress of each piece of work, I am very happy to see a bright link, my previous efforts, the night battles, the debates and quarrels, and so on. At this moment, I feel that everything is worth it! Our nine-phase exhibition was finally born with our efforts!

On October 13, the exhibition continued. Three venues were held at the same time. On Thursday, we held a rehearsal and the venue layout was basically completed, but on the evening of October 12, on the morning of October 13, many people had a lot of hard work. Due to the arrival of my parents, I had to find some help from the eighth-stage teachers and I had to thank them here, although small, they are all necessary. Driven by the six hosts, our exhibition venues were also very vigorous. Looking at every house in an orderly manner, we felt that we were a very great group in the ninth stage, together, there are no unfinished tasks. Seeing that every house went smoothly, I was relieved to borrow my dear sister. He came to my parents' meeting from Beijing. I was so happy. Thank you!

Of course, as soon as the exhibition was over, our annual Parent-teacher meeting was kicked off. At ten o'clock A.M. on the 13th, we started in the third class under the auspices of Mr. Mi! During this period, Mr. Mi introduced his class upgrading, introduced himself, and asked his parents Questions and Answers. In the middle, he thought baptism and communication, as well as a discussion of the future of the children ...... We were very happy and excited to have a big-scale and meaningful meeting for two hours ......

During this time, we worked together and worked together. Apart from our own works, we made what we should do more collectively. We worked hard, we were happy, we were tired, and we were full, we argue, we are in love, we ......

 

In March May 14, May 20, the exhibition was finally completed. After the rest of the afternoon yesterday, we entered the subsequent work of our exhibition, including the return of various items, the processing of various money, and the classification of various items, processing various videos, writing various summaries, and learning various lessons ...... One week, under our respective responsibilities, was also successfully completed. The aftermath of the week is basically over.

 

In March May 21, the exhibition ended in March May 27, but learning started just now, but we need to solve the problem-learning environment. With the permission of Mr. Mi, I have arranged nine phases for the fourth floor. After everyone's efforts and personal efforts, we basically have our own place. However, the network problem is coming again. After one day of work on Wednesday, the scanning work is ready, and then the scanning work is officially started. However, there were still some problems in the end, and several laptops were not scanned. Fortunately, I made several backups in advance to solve this problem, this gives everyone a comfortable learning environment. Of course, when we enter the fourth floor, all kinds of security issues and precautions are indispensable. We have been able to solve these problems this week. It finally came to an end.

 

April May 28-the end of the month, the last phase of the CEO's work turned to the summary of the work exhibition materials. This truly ended the work and successfully completed my work among the CEOs, handed over to the next person!
