The RC charge/discharge time constant should be equal as much as possible. In addition, the RC parameters should be determined according to the voltage precision requirements.

Output voltage = PWM Voltage * duty cycle

For example, 1.49 v = 5 V * 30%

When analyzing the amplitude frequency response, the circuit should contain an AC signal source.
