A style is a command that applies strokes, fills, effects, and text attributes to an object. The advantage of a style is that you can create a site element with a unified look or innovate on the basis of an existing version without doing a lot of work. You can share your style with others and discover what you need in the vast resources on the web.
Once installed, the style appears in the Style panel (window>styles). They remain there until you delete them and let them serve your future projects. A style can contain a single element (such as strokes), or several elements (such as strokes, fills, effects). Once you apply a style to an object, the attributes of the style become part of the object, and you can fine-tune them to fit the needs of the project without affecting the saved style. Fireworks can save properties with objects, which means that your work can be done on other computers that do not have an installed style, and all properties and features will not be affected.

Installing STL Files
1. Open the Style panel, if the panel is not visible, you can choose Window--style
2. Click the option button in the upper right corner of the panel to select Import styles
3. Select the extracted STL file
Once the style file is installed, it appears in the style panel, and each style displays a small preview picture (Note: Each STL file can contain multiple styles). Although styles do not need to be installed in certain directories, it is worthwhile to keep them in the fireworks catalog for safekeeping. Once you've got some style files you don't need to install them all at once, keep them in a safe place, and once you have the opportunity to reinstall them when you delete the style in fireworks.
About the file contains examples
It contains 3 separate project files, including PNG and STL, and a styles.html file that lists the styles that each object needs to apply.
Media Player Skin
Contains a lot of cool textures and effects.
MP3 player
You can give it a matte chrome face or a gold-plated blue shell. More complex than media player skin
Commercial Sites
A replica of a 3-style commercial web site with a grey, green, and blue form
Apply Style
To apply a style, simply select an object and then click on the style in the panel when I create a new style that often results from a particular need. In this situation the style is designed for the shape and size of the particular object. Be aware that while scaling may be one of the factors that make a pattern successful in a future project, you don't have to apply styles to objects of the same size or even the same type as the objects you use to create the style. When you apply a style to an object, whether it's a vector shape, a bitmap, or a text object. Fireworks applies the attributes attached to the style to the object as much as possible and ignores the attributes that cannot be applied. The following list defines the properties that can be applied by styles for three of objects:
Vector objects: Only strokes, padding, and vector object effects can be saved in the style file
Type objects: All properties-including strokes, fills, effects, and properties of text objects can be saved in a style file
Bitmaps: Only bitmap effects can be saved in a style file
It is important to note that when the object applies a style, some of the same properties already on the object are replaced. For example, you create a rectangle that has strokes and padding attributes, and if you apply a style with stroke and fill attributes to it, the rectangle will accept the attributes of the style and overwrite the original attribute.
In order to apply the files provided in this article, the layer board cannot be ignored except for the style panel, and the author adds a callout to each object so that you can apply the style correctly.
Style allows you to make cool effects quickly. But business sites don't need this kind of cool! They need a clean and concise effect. Styles can also be useful here, and when you've finished designing basic pages, saving the properties of objects as styles will make your site coherent, coordinated, and professional. On this occasion, styles are applied to colors in a similar way-some of the chosen colors that don't make the visitor feel too strong are added as instant classes.
Apply business styles as much as possible-gray light-emitting spheres can be applied in terms of text and even titles and logos. "Indent" should be a common style in everyone's panel. If other things are a little hard for you to understand, you just need to remember that style gives you timely consistency. When you evaluate a new site, whether it is a gaming site or an accounting office. Save the properties of an object as a style and use it consistently throughout your design. Style with professional-level coordination helps you build websites quickly and with high quality.
