Automatically send a reply message to a sender

Today, 1 users were presented with questions about automatic replies, with the following requirements:

Whenever a recipient receives a message, an edited reply message is automatically sent to the sender, regardless of whether the sender is the same sender.

We know that both exchange and exchange online have the ability to go out to auto-reply, but this automatic reply has the following two features:

1. After you enter the email address in the recipient of Outlook, this auto-reply content will appear.

2. This automatic reply only replies to the same sender once (if the same sender sends a message to this user, then only reply to this sender 1 times)

As described above, we understand that the auto-reply capabilities of Exchange and Exchange online do not meet the needs of users.

So what does it do for the user's needs? We can do this through the rules of Outlook, by:

1. Open Outlook Rules

2. Create a new rule

3. In: Start with a blank rule, click: Apply rules to messages I receive, click Next

650) this.width=650; "height=" 564 "title=" clip_image004 "style=" Border-top:0px;border-right:0px;background-image: none;border-bottom:0px;padding-top:0px;padding-left:0px;border-left:0px;padding-right:0px; "alt=" clip_image004 " Src= "http://s3.51cto.com/wyfs02/M00/84/1F/wKiom1eF-d7yfS00AAC9M9nnxwE009.jpg" border= "0"/>

4. In the Select condition, tick: My name is in the To or Cc box, click Next

650) this.width=650; "height=" 643 "title=" clip_image005 "style=" Border-top:0px;border-right:0px;background-image: none;border-bottom:0px;padding-top:0px;padding-left:0px;border-left:0px;padding-right:0px; "alt=" clip_image005 " Src= "http://s3.51cto.com/wyfs02/M00/84/1E/wKioL1eF-eCzEHumAADDLQEtIgE790.jpg" border= "0"/>

5. In select operation, tick: server replies with a specific message and click: Specific message

650) this.width=650; "height=" "title=" clip_image006 "style=" Border-top:0px;border-right:0px;background-image: none;border-bottom:0px;padding-top:0px;padding-left:0px;border-left:0px;padding-right:0px; "alt=" clip_image006 " Src= "http://s3.51cto.com/wyfs02/M01/84/1F/wKiom1eF-eGwbabNAACxRPBaJqo952.jpg" border= "0"/>

6. After entering the subject and content of the message, click: Save and close

650) this.width=650; "height=" 291 "title=" image "style=" border-top:0px;border-right:0px;background-image:none; border-bottom:0px;padding-top:0px;padding-left:0px;border-left:0px;padding-right:0px; "alt=" image "src=" http:// S3.51cto.com/wyfs02/m00/84/1e/wkiol1ef-ekyoifjaaihg97ktc0868.png "border=" 0 "/>

7. Click Finish, rule creation complete

650) this.width=650; "height=" 546 "title=" clip_image008 "style=" Border-top:0px;border-right:0px;background-image: none;border-bottom:0px;padding-top:0px;padding-left:0px;border-left:0px;padding-right:0px; "alt=" clip_image008 " Src= "http://s3.51cto.com/wyfs02/M00/84/1F/wKiom1eF-ePhPH8xAACWz8elvlw683.jpg" border= "0"/>

When the rule is created, it is automatically synced to OWA, but this rule cannot be viewed and edited on OWA, and can only be edited through Outlook, such as:

650) this.width=650; "height=" 222 "title=" image "style=" border-top:0px;border-right:0px;background-image:none; border-bottom:0px;padding-top:0px;padding-left:0px;border-left:0px;padding-right:0px; "alt=" image "src=" http:// S3.51cto.com/wyfs02/m01/84/1e/wkiol1ef-eiaghzyaaddlembqko651.png "border=" 0 "/>

When this rule is created, the rule is in effect if the user is using Office 365 (whether the sender is an internal user or an external user).

If the user is a local Exchange 2013 user, this rule is only valid for internal senders, not for external senders, and we need to modify the Remotedomain related parameters on the EMS, such as:

650) this.width=650; "height=" "title=" image "style=" border-top:0px;border-right:0px;background-image:none; border-bottom:0px;padding-top:0px;padding-left:0px;border-left:0px;padding-right:0px; "alt=" image "src=" http:// S3.51cto.com/wyfs02/m02/84/1e/wkiol1ef-ejxzwdoaabxuvxtkfq700.png "border=" 0 "/>

We need to set autoreplyenabled (automatic reply) to true (this parameter is enabled by default on Office 365 Exchange online), and the rules above will take effect for external senders
