Of course, I am more likely to be unable to implement the Consensus I have reached at the meeting. It's strange that you're almost 40 years old. Why are you so confused! Well, let me talk about why it is true and why it has always been true.

Among the (all) development teams I have worked on, a very common phenomenon is that the team members are not really true. These teams develop work specifications (processes, programming specifications, document templates, etc.), hold meetings to discuss and reach consensus, and then -- but do not implement them. It is interesting that the team does not care about this "abnormal", but it is still "No matter ".

It can be said that most regulations focus on improving work habits. However, when talking about changing work habits, it will face a variety of justified excuses when it points out that they do not act in accordance with regulations. For example, "I agree with norms, but I am not doing well intentionally." "What are the benefits of doing so in norms ?" Bla bla .......

These "excuses" make sense if they are independent of the incident scenario. Because we know that it takes time to change our habits, and we can refuse to comply with unreasonable regulations, and so on. However, he is an excuse because such colleagues, after agreeing to the Rules, believe that they do not comply with the rules unreasonably without any apologies. "Well, even so, what do you really do ?" It's easy, "Because you have harmed my interests !"

Tianchao is a very face-conscious people. However, if you do things, you must maintain the "face" first. Otherwise, it is difficult to work together. Therefore, when others do not follow the rules, we do not point out the "face", or even give a "friendly" smile. The ambiguous logic behind it is: "The next time I make the same mistake, he will let me go ". Really think so? Silly X!

The reason why I say that a person with such an idea is "silly" is that he does not understand the vital interests. Excuse me: because it is not true, it takes two more days for someone to "pull shit" in the project code to work. Do you still think that has nothing to do with yourself? If the document written by someone in the form of "Stream of Consciousness" is not true, you will spend more than a day exploring it again. Can you not greet your loved ones? It is almost certainly true that each time it is not true, it will bring some side effects, which will harm the interests of every member of the team. The final result must be low team efficiency, or even collective incompetence! If we are numb to our own interests because we are not really damaged, do you still mean forgetting others to respect your profession? People say that you are not praising you!

If we are honest, we tend to do things well. At this time, "face" may bring us mutual respect and appreciation from colleagues; otherwise, we will be able to work overtime or repeat work. This kind of "face" is the best thing!

What are the advantages of true? Simply put, this will encourage relevant individuals to assume their responsibilities and avoid their "Inaction", and then urge the entire team to be pragmatic. If these principles are still false, they will not tell you what I have tasted ". Because of my authenticity, I should carefully consider the challenges raised and conduct more in-depth research on related technologies, this eventually allowed me to gain more in-depth technical knowledge and learn new knowledge faster. Because of my authenticity, almost no engineer dared to spoof me technically at work; when I worked at the Motorola Hangzhou R & D center, I also won the attention of the US management team because I pointed out the system design deficiencies in the multinational development team, when I leave the project team, I will be called back as an architect. More importantly, I have won the trust and recognition of many engineers with technical ideas for being true.

For those who are "old in the world", it is easy to mistakenly enter the "astray" that will really hurt the team ". For those who have such ideas, I would like to remind you that you are all adults. If someone is injured, it is hard to believe that you can trust and associate yourself with such a colleague. Of course, the true purpose should be to treat people with wrong things, and fear that others will be hurt, but it is already wrong for people!

By the way, we have discussed how to improve people's work habits through standardization. I once saw a comment on Weibo saying "this is an evil idea ". For a person with such an idea, I think he should not receive any form of education from his mother.

Finally, let's look around and see what we really lose because we don't really do it? If your team has problems such as labor shortage and poor execution, it is likely that your team lacks a real atmosphere.
