Later, I learned that "if you want to do things, you should first be a human. people cannot do things well, let alone do things ". Whether it is with friends and family or business in the workplace, people do not always deal with people. We need the trust of others, and this trust is built on the usual conversation. It is unrealistic to give an objective and complete review of another person. The review of another person is usually composed of subjective impressions and details. Maybe, you can't trust each other by meeting or talking only once, but you can trust each other by meeting or talking improperly. Maybe, you can't just make a good impression on each other by paying attention to a specific detail, but you can leave a bad impression on the other party through an inappropriate detail. This kind of distrust and bad impression will often lead you to lose important opportunities.

Everyone has their own interests and goals, and everyone has the motivation to do so or to do so. However, not all people can accept the words and deeds that follow the case, so let's be honest. Therefore, we need to understand the purpose of ourselves and others, understand the differences between ourselves and others, and find appropriate languages and expressions.
