I have encountered some problems recently. I want to talk about my own ideas and use them only for retaining files.
(1) The agile team does not work overtime
Behind this sentence is: ability, attitude, and hard work!
Q Jun and W Jun started a story at the same time. Q Jun left the house every day when he got off work. W Jun saw everyone leaving, and he left the house without a rush. Everything was okay. When the sprint is approaching the end, ask about the progress. Q is finished, and W is not finished. Q Jun then helped W Jun, and the result was half a sprint.
Please answer this question: how is this team?
A. It fully complies with agility and does not work overtime. Q Jun helps W Jun, which reflects the spirit of mutual help from agile teams.
B. this team has problems. First, it provides a breeding environment for "not finishing the task" (no one can help me with it). Second, it is unfair to Q Jun, he does not work overtime until he studies the code every night until late at night, and does not work overtime until he reads books extensively while others are sleeping at noon.
Whether or not to work overtime depends on the individual's ability, attitude, and hard work. This can enable a team not to work overtime.
This world has never existed before and will not be available in the future. It is a process that allows people who use it to not work overtime.
(2) The agile team does not have a Project Manager
Behind this sentence is: a team without a project manager, everyone is your project manager!
Without a project manager, who will find technical questions (especially new people will be confused )? So I chose to bury myself there. As a result, when you look up, you may find that the world has become unfamiliar.
The agile team is similar to the "appreciation education" of pedagogy. It is good at discovering the advantages of each member and turning them into field experts. For example, a is an expert in the "Domain integration" field, B is an expert in the "Design Model" field, and C is an expert in the "salary calculation" field. Therefore, if you have any questions, please ask experts in related fields.
This should also be consistent with the agile principle: refuse silence and welcome to face-to-face communication.
