We are basically from big companies, McKinsey, Lenovo, Huawei and so on, in China we have not done small companies. But on weekdays, I'll tell them: to look at things historically--we're all from big companies, the past is a corps battle: the resources are limitless, the forces are limitless, we need strategy, planning, and refinement to every detail, because we are capable. Startups should keep in mind that they are fundamentally different from small businesses--with clear and ultimate goals to fight for. Others say they can look for "blue sea" to innovate and discover new markets, which I think entrepreneurs should abandon. This era, especially in the internet era, there is no absolute innovation. Because we can think of, can create, other people can.

Maybe a business model is new to us and has never heard of it, but it is likely that at least hundreds of people have thought about it somewhere in the world, even in China.
