1. Engineering Organization
System design team: consists of the owner and Sihai optical fiber, design and review the construction blueprint, Sihai Optical Fiber focuses on the construction work design.

2. Construction Service
A) wiring Supervisor
Laying various cables is the most important step in integrated cabling. Therefore, to ensure the reliability and stability of the entire system, the cabling engineers of Sihai optical fiber will work with the construction personnel throughout the construction site to lay cables in the building. The laying process will also be completed in strict accordance with the LUCENT and AMP standards, from horizontal cables, trunk cables to the installation of each information outlet. Connections to information sockets are implemented according to several standards, that is, four pairs of twisted pair wires can be connected according to standards such as EIA/TIA568A and EIA/TIA568B. We recommend that you use the 568B connection method. EIA/TIA568B is used by LUCENT and AMP.
B) Wiring
To ensure that all the indicators of the integrated wiring system can meet the design indicators, our engineers will install the wiring and jumper of the main and sub-Route cable racks and the sub-system cables, and provide the wiring table to users.
C) Supply
The service can be delivered at the user's construction site as required. All products are originally packaged under the contract.
D) Construction
Construction personnel can be employed only after being trained. The main construction personnel are the construction personnel responsible for large-scale engineering projects.
The technical staff of the company shall complete the cabling of modules and distribution frames.

3. Construction technical standards
· Horizontal branch lines are laid using 8-core cat5e twisted pair UTP produced by LUCENT. AMP.
· Information module, distribution frame and other connection equipment, equipment color labels should be installed in strict accordance with the EIA-TIA-568B standards.
· The maximum transmission distance of the laying point node should be less than or equal to 100 m (excluding the conversion equipment), the transmission rate should be 155 Mbps, which can support the point-to-point and multi-point structure composed of the system workstation, the system conforms to the EIA-TIA-568 standard.
4. Construction Process requirements
· Standard 19 cabinets are provided in the data center, and distribution racks are installed in the cabinets. The sources of information are divided by hosts or servers.
· The twisted pair wires that enter the room should be installed on a 5cm-inch PVC trough board and in accordance with the five-Line EIA/TIA568 standard.
The information outlet is installed 0.3 metres away from the ground.
· When the end is connected to the information outlet, the distance between the outer skin exposed by the twisted pair head and the outer skin must be as short as possible, and the twisted pair and the direction must be changed for one week to ensure that the twist and degree of the twisted pair wires are not damaged during end connection.
· When the base of the information outlet is reserved, the rubber protective sleeve or the gap at the interface is mounted at the entrance of the pipe divider to ensure that the gap at the entrance is not cut through when the horizontal line is introduced.
· The installation of twisted pair wires should be in a group of three. If the line is too long, the cables must be reinstalled. The tension of cables should be reduced during laying to prevent cable damage.
· After laying all lines, you must use strong adhesive labels at both ends.
5. Specific construction requirements

6. Preparations before construction
1) in accordance with the relevant requirements of the Ministry of Construction on the engineering quality of integrated wiring systems, Reasonably organize and implement comprehensive quality management.
2) carefully organize technical personnel to learn design drawings, understand the design intent, and submit the drawings to the bottom for review.
3) learn more about construction specifications, acceptance specifications, and technical standards.
4) Revise the construction design drawing and construction scheme based on the opinions of the Finance Bureau on the basis of the request.
5) take preventive measures for problems that are prone to engineering quality.
6) strengthen procurement and Inspection Management of relevant engineering materials, establish a quality assurance system, and determine the quality owner system.
7) strengthen communication with the technical staff of the owner, ensure that the management, supervision, and construction are not out of touch, and complete the project with quality and quantity.
7. Quality assurance during construction

8. Security measures for cabling Construction
In the construction process, we must strictly implement the relevant national construction rules and regulations, conscientiously implement the "safe construction, construction must be safe" and "prevention-oriented" policies, and strengthen scientific management of safe construction, establish a safety construction responsibility system, conduct enhanced security training for construction personnel, ensure the safety of completed projects, and prevent security incidents.
