The 3G/4G vro with battery cannot charge the phone. We recommend that you check the following items:

1Insufficient vro power

If the remaining power of the vro。 is small, if only one grid of power is left, the mobile phone may fail to be charged. It is recommended that the vro be fully powered before charging the mobile phone.

2The vro is in the starting status.

The router needs to be in the boot state to charge the phone (TL-MR13U 5 V 2A charging USB port and TL-TR861 10400E two USB port can be in the shutdown state to charge), please confirm that the router is in the boot state.

Note:Some 3G routers (such as TL-MR12U V2.0 and TL-MR22U) have a charging file, in this position under the router only external power supply, other functions will be disabled.
