Minimized installation has many problems! Some orders are not. Especially when installing the vmware-tools.

　

Minimal installation of the system environment:
After the Linux environment is minimized, execute the following command:
# Yum-y Upgrade
# reboot 1. Missing ifconfig command (i.e. binary file) Workaround: Yum provides ifconfig yum whatprovides ifconfig yum install NE T-tools test: ifconfig-a Source: Http://www.unixmen.com/ifconfig-command-found-centos-7-minimal-installation-quick-ti P-fix/2. Init 6 after completion (equivalent to reboot)
You can then install the Vmware-tools

Yum groupinstall "X Window System" Cjkuni-uming-fonts gnome-classic-session gnome-terminal Nautilus-open-terminal Unzip openssh-clients traceroute nscd bind-utils
