I first experienced the bugzilla and TRAC systems. I have carefully configured and experienced the two systems. The main differences are as follows:
- As a task and Bug Management System, Bugzilla is much better than TRAC, and is easy to configure and install.
- TRAC may have a better architecture, better functions, and a bit of Python exposure.CodeYou can also customize them. However, although all functions are available, all functions are not refined.
- At present, TRAC's permission management is still a weakness, and there is no way to control the access permissions of sub-projects in large projects. Even if it is achieved through curve saving the country, it is not very easy to use.
- The default function of TRAC is very weak. It requires a lot of configuration and plug-ins to be used as the basic system. This makes Bugzilla much more convenient.
Finally, I decided to use Bugzilla to manage my projects.
