Inserting a text box in a Word 2007 document enhances the flexibility of typesetting, but the text box does not have Word document functions such as automatic numbering, which limits the user's application requirements to some extent. If you want to use a more powerful Word document feature without losing the flexibility of the text box in typesetting, you can convert the text box to a frame. The steps to convert a text box to a frame in a Word2007 document are as follows:
Step 1th, open the Word2007 document window, right-click the border of the text box, and select the Format text Box command on the Open shortcut menu, as shown in Figure 2009010508.

Step 2nd, in the Open Format Text Box dialog box, automatically switches to the Text Box tab, click the Convert to Frame button, as shown in Figure 2009010509.

Step 3rd, in the Open dialog box prompts the user, the text box will be converted to a frame after some of the formatting of the text box. Confirm that the conversion does not cause a loss to the Word document, and click OK to complete the conversion, as shown in Figure 2009010510.
