Maybe I should summarize my successes when looking for a job, but I have discovered some of my outstanding characteristics. Here, I will share my experiences on how to become the core of the company in the CTO process.
1. Learn to let everyone know about each task, and learn to send emails to people to report their progress. I once suffered a loss, and it took me half a day to develop a module, but nothing was done. However, in the evening, we didn't see any results and started to remind me. Later, I listed all my tasks. I sent emails to you one by one on a regular basis, whether I did what I did or did what I did but failed. One way is to let myself know exactly what I have done, so that I can be more confident; second, I did show everyone my efforts and clear ideas, and won everyone's respect. Soon, I think my position has risen.
2. Learn to ask about the company every day. We are a startup student and everyone is busy with classes. Sometimes I have never done anything in the company for a day, but I have to spend some time asking about the company's affairs, my views on some events, and my work.
3. Use advanced management methods. When I became a manager, I often had to prepare address books and host meetings. At this time, I had to do things well on time. This was an important way to consolidate my position. At the same time, this reflects your willingness to pay for the responsibility, work carefully, on time, skilled reference of high-tech manual disconnection management, and also set the way you manage your team in the future. Therefore, we must do a good job at the beginning, and quickly enter the honeymoon period with our colleagues and maintain such a State for a long time.
