Cause of error: This is an NTFS permission problem (disk partition format). The NTFS format has many more options for permission setting, which causes many problems. For example, the permission is not assigned this time and the attaching fails.
Solution: Assign the "full control" permission to the folder where the file is located to users to solve the problem.
Select the folder of the file to be appended and right-click "properties"> "security"> "Users" and select "Full Control"> "application"> "OK" from Users.
Then open the database and attach
Click "add"
Select the MDF file-"OK"
Click OK

Of course, in addition to this method, there are two other ways to solve this problem (I personally tested)
First, copy the file to be appended to the default Data directory of SQL Server, and then attach the file.
The second method is to select "Windows Authentication" during login authentication, or you can append the authentication successfully.
In addition, the "Security" tab may not exist in the properties of the XP user folder. Solution: Open "my computer-tools-Folder Options"
Remove the simple file sharing (recommended) check box on the "View" tab.
