I. Goals

The sub-company system is relatively independent: the sub-company has an independent administrator and can assign permissions independently. The publishing and viewing of information is only within the scope of subsidiaries and does not affect other subsidiaries.

 

Information Interaction between companies: the company can issue documents to its subsidiaries and report documents to the company.

 

Ii. User Roles

On the basis of the Standard Edition of Shufei OA, add "Super System Administrator" to set subsidiary information, which is the system administrator of the subsidiary company. The system data of subsidiaries is relatively independent during operation and will not affect each other with other subsidiaries. Some specific functions that require interaction are implemented by group interaction.

 

1. Super System Administrator

You can set subsidiaries, system administrators of subsidiaries, and functional modules that can be used by subsidiaries.

 

2. System Administrators of subsidiaries

The functions of subsidiaries are independent at runtime. The system administrator of a subsidiary sets the Department, position, employees, and permissions for the functions of the subsidiary.

 

3. Module Administrator

The system administrator of a subsidiary is authorized to manage the function modules of the subsidiary, such as the specific Personnel Administrator and document administrator.

 

4. Common users

Set by the system administrator of the subsidiary. Access and information interaction between functional modules within subsidiaries.

 

Iii. group interaction Functions

Implements file interaction, process approval, and resource statistics between the company and its subsidiaries. Group interaction and summary statistics of business data, customer data, asset data, receiving and publishing documents, announcements, project data, and financial data can be implemented as needed.

 

1. File delivery

The parent company can select a subsidiary to receive and send the prepared documents. The Administrator of the corresponding module of the subsidiary receives the text and forwards or publishes it in the subsidiary according to the instructions of the document.

 

2. File reporting

The Administrator of the corresponding module of the subsidiary sends the prepared text. After receiving the text, the module administrator of the response from the head office transfers or publishes the text within the head office according to the document content.

 

3. Resource statistical summary

Collect statistics on various resources of subsidiaries to achieve decentralized operation and unified management.
