The first article is to standardize the Shanghai Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as "the") designated transactions, protect the interests of investors, maintain the securities trading order, in accordance with the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading rules and other provisions, the development of these rules.
The following rules shall be followed by the participant in the market transaction and the client (investor) of the trading participant.
The specified transaction referred to in these rules means that an investor who trades in securities in the market must designate a trading participant in the market in advance as the sole trustee of his securities transaction, and the business unit (the "trading Unit") by the participant of the transaction through its specific participants. ) Participate in the securities trading system of the market. This is the seat number.
Fourth an investor shall, at the time of the specified transaction, declare to the trading system the designated trading order of the securities account through the participant of the transaction to which it is entrusted. The declaration is effective immediately upon confirmation by the trading system.
Fifth the investor who has transacted the specified transaction may change the designated transaction as required.
Sixth when dealing with a designated transaction change, the investor shall submit an application for revocation of the specified transaction to the trading participant of the original designated transaction, and the original trading participant completes the declaration of the order to revoke the specified transaction from the trading system. Once the declaration is confirmed, its revocation takes effect immediately.
A trading participant shall not revoke a designated transaction for which the investor has one of the following circumstances:
(a) The revocation of a transaction on the same day;
(b) A declaration on the day of revocation;
(iii) The purchase of new shares does not expire;
(iv) for repurchase or other matters not settled;
(v) The relevant institutions are not allowed to withdraw.

Eighth for trading participants who have two or more trading units, they can transact the unicom formalities of their respective trading units.

Tenth these rules shall be interpreted by the Institute.
11th These rules shall be implemented from May 15, 2007 onwards. The July 28, 1997 issue of the Shanghai Stock Exchange comprehensive designated trading system of the pilot measures are abolished at the same time.
