The digital laboratory system can complete most of the middle school physical and chemical experiments, and uses sensor measurement technology to process analog and data volumes and express them in the form of numbers and charts. This software can automatically identify the insertion and removal of sensors; it can process measurement data, such as fitting (one-time fitting, secondary fitting, three-time fitting, etc.) and finding and product; you can save processed data and images, browse labs, and combine the measurement data of different sensors on any axis. For example, the volt-ampere characteristic: the current measurement value can be used as the X axis, the voltage measurement value can be Y axis, and data sampling can be performed consecutively or trigger to facilitate real-time and conditional data sampling; you can set the coordinate axis to display the curve at an appropriate size in a proper position. You can set the sampling frequency and timeline interval of the collector. A dedicated experiment is attached, you can operate on a typical experiment separately.

Software usage wizard

1 Installer

Open the installer Install the SDK according to the installation wizard.

2 Main Interface

Double-click desktop icon The following operating platform is displayed.

3. Connection collector

Click the "Connect" button on the toolbar. The software will search for the collector. If the Collector is found, a prompt is displayed on the status bar asking you to insert a sensor or the sensor that has been inserted and its corresponding channel, such as "1: the force sensor "indicates the first-Channel Relay sensor, and" insert sensor "indicates that the sensor is not connected. If the following interface appears, follow the prompts to find the cause.

4 Sensor Measurement

After the connection, the sensor is inserted, and the measurement data and curve are automatically displayed on the experiment platform. The six-channel measurement data are displayed together. You can click "CHN" on the toolbar. 1" , "CHN 2" , "CHN 3" , "CHN 4" , Indicating Channel 1 ~ Channel 4, then you can operate the data and curves measured by sensors in various channels, such as setting colors, fitting, derivation, product, image, square display, and derivation display. For example,. 3kpa indicates that the value of 1st channel is 105.3kpa.

5 Combined measurement

Combined measurement is used to observe the relationship between the two variables, such as the volt-ampere characteristic experiment. The relationship between the voltage and the current can be observed through combined measurement. Click "set" in the menu, select the channel where the voltage is located as the Y axis, and the channel where the current is located as the X axis. Then click "modify" to change the maximum and minimum values, you can adjust the curve position and size, for example.

6. Set the sampling frequency.

Click "set" in the menu and select "set sampling frequency" to set the sampling frequency of the collector. The larger the sampling frequency, the more data is collected within the same time, the curve is softer. The settings page is as follows:

Click "set" in the menu and select "set timeline". The smaller the interval, the larger the interval between a vertex and a vertex. The larger the interval, the smaller the interval; the time interval value refers to the time between two timelines, such

The curve display modes include scatter, line, and point-line. The data display modes include original value, square, X axis x y axis, Y axis/X axis, and guide, the original value display displays the measured value in square format, which is used to calculate power.

9 set the collection method

Click "set" in the menu and select "set collection method" to set the collection methods of each sensor, including continuous sampling and trigger sampling. The default value is continuous sampling; trigger sampling is to send the data to the data table when the data changes.

10 Data Processing

10.1 fitting

The general steps for data processing are: 1) Stop collection 2) Select data area 3) Select a processing method (one-time fitting, two-time fitting ...). Taking linear fitting as an example:

<1> select "Value Measurement" on the panel" Click "pause.

<3> click "Measurement Analysis" in the menu and select "line fitting ".

10.2 Product

Perform steps 1 and 2 in the preceding example, and select "product" in the measurement product"


10.3 Export

After 9.1 is executed, generate the corresponding options in the "Measurement curve" menu, select the curve first, and then click the derivation in "Measurement Analysis, you can evaluate the corresponding curve.

Click "set" in the menu and select "image" to display the measurement curve in the opposite direction.

12.1 Use table Editor

<1> Add a list item

If you enter the list item attribute, the expression name is the code used for expression calculation and can be used as a variable in the expression. After binding the channel, select the channel, then, the imported or generated data will correspond to the bound channel.

<2> modify a list item

Select the items to be modified in the list, modify the properties on the right, and click "modify" to complete the modification.

11.2 data plotting

Click "data drawing", select the X and Y axes, or set the Y axis color.

11.3 Data Analysis

1) Select a region

Click Select area in "data editing" and select a data point in the data drawing window.

2) Data Analysis
