Requirement management method 1. Establish requirement management processes and policies

Iii. Execute demand management activities

Obtain requirements: after the project is started, we organize an expert team to discuss and communicate with the customer based on the arrangement of the Project master plan and progress plan, and guide the customer to obtain the requirements. Analyze and understand the obtained requirements to form the customer requirement statement.
8. Review requirements: We invite relevant stakeholders and customers to review the customer requirement statement. The review director and relevant stakeholders will understand the requirements and reach an agreement.
9. commitment obtained: At the review meeting, no objection was raised to the requirement, indicating the commitment of the stakeholders to the requirement.
10. Handle changes: when a demand change occurs, the change is implemented in strict accordance with the company's change process.
The process is as follows:

3) Arrange change executors; the project manager maintains the change registration form and requirement tracking matrix.
4) verification requirement change.

4. supervise and control demand management activities
11. Product inclusion in configuration Library: incorporate the products in the requirement management process into the configuration library according to the configuration management plan. Such as the customer requirement statement, requirement tracking matrix, and change registration form.
12. ensure stakeholders are involved in the activity: we use the main plan to identify stakeholders who need to participate in the demand management activity, and check and monitor their participation as appropriate based on the plan.
13. supervision plan completion: based on the main plan and progress plan, we supervise the completion of the demand management tasks in the plan.
14. Quality Audit: Project QA audits the process and product of requirement management during project execution based on the quality assurance plan.
5. Report to the Organization
14. Reporting: Prepare weekly reports and milestone reports, and report the situation of demand management activities to middle-level management personnel. If a major problem occurs, it should be solved with the middle-level leadership.
15. Collection of lessons learned: Lessons Learned data are collected at each milestone stage. The EPG records improvement suggestions collected by the project team to the process improvement suggestions table.
