To view DNS time records for the secondary domain, three error events were found!
Look at Microsoft's help, if a machine with NAT and DNS services will be the same situation!

NAT has DNS proxy settings to enable Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) clients to query DNS directly with the NAT server. A DNS server that a client DNS query forwards to the configuration of a NAT server. If the host uses the same interface and Internet Protocol (IP) address with the default settings the DNS proxy server and the DNS Server service cannot coexist on the same host.
To resolve this issue, use one of the following methods:
For DNS servers, use a different server instead of installing NAT and DNS servers on the same host.
Do not use the DHCP and DNS proxy features in the NAT (DHCP Server service is used instead).
Configure the DNS server so that it does not listen for NAT. The IP address of the network adapter for the private interface perform the following steps:
DNS snap-in start Microsoft Management Console (MMC), right-click the DNS server, and then click Properties
Click the Interface tab, and then in the Listening section, click to select only the following IP address check boxes.
Click the IP address that you do not want the server to listen to, and then click $ delete
Click OK to close the DNS snap-in.
Note: When you remove an IP address from the list of interfaces on the DNS server, the DNS Server service does not respond to DNS queries directed to that IP address. DNS queries that need to be resolved by a DNS server must point to the DNS server to listen to other interfaces.
We found the reason. The installation of Routing and Remote Access is conflicting with each other, and after this feature is turned off, the DNS service
Also normal operation, of course, can also use two out of two methods!
