1. Create a new document, the size is "18x15,72dpi". Open the Paths (path) panel, create a new path, name "backlight", use the pen tool to paint the shape shown in Figure 1, and press CTRL to click the path activation area.

2. Go to the Layers panel and create a new layer named "backlight". Use the gradient (gradient) tool to set the gradient color, from yellow (r:255,g:249,b:87) to Green (r:192,g:229,b:53) to yellow (r:247,g:246,b:108). Pull a linear gradient horizontally from left to right.

3. Add internal shading to the banana peel to increase the volume, click the inner Shadow (inner Shadow) command on the layers panel. Sets the shadow color to Green (r:182,g:209,b:70), Angle (angle) is-72, cancels the use global Light (using global light) option, Distance (distance) is 8,size (size) is 6, others are preset, The effect after execution is shown in Figure 2.

1. Back to the path panel, set up a new path, named "Light". Using the Pen tool, draw the shape shown in Figure 3.

2. Back to the layers panel, create a new layer, named "Under the light." Slightly light the green in the gradient that you just made, and pull it horizontally.

3. Add inner shadow, shadow color is (r:203,g:236,b:92), opacity is 50%, angle is-103, distance is 3, dimension is 3, other is preset value, the effect after execution is shown in Figure 4.

1. The next step is to paint the banana peel, which is also divided into two parts, creating a new path named "Banana Stalk". Draw the shape shown in Figure 5.

2. First, activate the path to the right, back to the layer, create a new layer, called "right handle." Sets the new gradient, from Green (r:122,g:162,b:21) to Yellow (r:242,g:246,b:106), and pulls the line gradient vertically.

3. Add internal shadow to it, Shadow color is (r:141,g:191,b:2), opacity is 50%, angle is 12, distance is 3, dimension is 3, other is preset value, the result of execution is shown in Figure 6.

4. Activate the left path, create a new layer, called "left handle". Set new gradients, from green Grass (r:136,g:148,b:17) to yellow (r:242,g:246,b:106).

5. Add internal shadow, color Ditto, opacity is 30, angle is 12, distance is 2, size is 2, the effect after the execution as shown in Figure 7.

6. Next, draw the top of the root, create a new path, named "Root Top." Draw the shape shown in Figure 8.

7. Activate the path, create a new layer, and name it "root". Fill light brown. Add an inner shadow. The shadow color is brown, the angle is 63, the distance is 5, and the size is 5.

8. Add internal flare, color is dark brown, choke (blocking) is 40, size is 6, opacity is 50, the effect after the execution as shown in Figure 9.

9. In order to draw a rough feeling, add some bump particles. The method is to activate the area of the root top, change the foreground color to a preset value, select "Filter→render→clouds" (filter → render → cloud), then select "Filter→noise→add Noise" (filter → noise → add noise), the value is "high modulus, balanced 50". Then choose "Filter→stylize→diffuse" (filter → style → diffusion), "diffusion" in the "diffuse bright zone", and then select "Filter→stylize→emboss" (filter → style → relief), the angle is 135 degrees, high is 2, the number 58%. Go back to the layers panel and select overlay (overlay) mode. Next, create a new path and paint a segment with pen, as shown in Figure 10.

10. Create a new layer in the layer, select "Spray Pen", set feather brush, size 5, make the foreground color green, click the hook on the path. In the layer, select overlay Overlay mode, opacity is 80%, add mask, set foreground color to black, select feather brush, wipe left slightly.

1. Create a new path, named "Banana Head". Use pen to paint the shape shown in Figure 11.

v. Add high light to banana peel

1. Finally, we add a high light to the banana. Create a new path named "High Light". Using the Pen tool, draw the shape shown in Figure 13.

2. Back to the layer, create a new layer named "Gao Guang". The foreground color is white. Select 12 Feather brush, set opacity to 30, click on the Stroke (tick) button on the path panel; change the brush size to 7, opacity to 45, click the Tick button, change the brush size to 4, opacity to 65, change the brush size to 3, opacity to 100, click the Tick button.
