Easy to crash in win7 of Visio

After installing the machine today, I found the diagram of Visio 2010 and started to modify the paper. As a result, I just drew a few boxes and crashed. I fixed the problem through the software, however, when copying a graph to a word, it still crashes, and there are 100% problems. After searching online, I found a solution in a foreign blog:

If you see an add-on after installing Visio and it is related to Bluetooth, congratulations! You can solve this crash.

The procedure is as follows:

Find Visio in the installation directoryProgramFile, right-click to run as administrator,

Open the option window in the File menu of Visio, find the add-on, and delete the Bluetooth add-on.

Open Visio again to solve the problem.
