(a) How to open
There are three ways to open Excel 2007:
1, double-click the left mouse button, double-click the established Excel 2007 Jie way to open .
2. Left-click the Windows key, and then click All Programs, and then locate Microsoft Office, and then locate Microsoft Office Excel 2007 Click to open it.
3. If the desktop does not have an Excel 2007 shortcut, you can do so by using mode 2, and after you find Microsoft Office Excel 2007, click the right mouse button and select "Send" desktop shortcut to create it.
(ii) How to close
There are three ways to open Excel 2007:
1. Click the red button in the upper right corner of the Excel 2007 document that is already open to close it.
2. Click the Office button in the upper left corner of the document that is already open, and select "Close".
3. Click the Office button in the upper left corner of the document that is already open, and select "XT Exit Excel (x)" to close.
(iii) How to save
There are two ways to save Excel 2007:
1, for the document has been written to save, you can click the Office button in the upper left corner of the document, select "Save", and then according to your own needs to save the document name and path, click to save the document.
After you close the document, you can find the named document under the path you set.
Note: Picture callout 1, 2, 3 can set save path, 4 can set save name and type.
2, for the document does not need to change the save path, you can complete the content settings, press the shortcut key "Ctrl+s" to save.
Your own daily work files, it is best to create a dedicated folder. This makes it easy to find files.
