There are many ways to remove hyperlinks in Excel cells in bulk, but the previous version of Excel 2010 does not provide a straightforward way to use the commands on the Ribbon or right-click menu in Excel 2010 directly.
Select all cells that contain hyperlinks. You do not have to press the CTRL key to select one at a, as long as the selected range contains a hyperlink cell. To cancel all hyperlinks on a worksheet, select the entire worksheet by pressing CTRL + A or clicking the Select button at the top-left corner of the worksheet and at the intersection of the row and column labels. Select the Start tab in the Ribbon, and in the edit group, click clear → clear hyperlink to cancel the hyperlink. However, the command does not clear cell formatting, and if you want to cancel both hyperlinks and clear cell formatting, select the Delete Hyperlink command.
You can also right-click the selected area, and then select Remove Hyperlink from the shortcut menu to remove the hyperlink.
