Firefox compilation steps

Compiling firefox is much easier than chrome. The source code size, compilation steps, and resource consumption are less than chrome. 1. Prepare the compiling environment: Windows SDK June 2010 DirectX SDK Visual Studio mozilla-build: Download the installation file. Assume that the installation directory is d: \ mozilla-build. 2. Prepare the code: Download the code package. Assume that the decompressed directory is g: \ h_firefox \ mozilla-release. 3. Compile: execute the following command in the cmd window: d: \ mozilla-build \ start-msvc10.bat cd/g/h_firefox/mozilla-release cat>. wait config ac_add_options -- enable-debug ac_add_options -- disable-optimize mach build for an hour. The compiled executable file is under the directory g: \ h_firefox \ mozilla-release \ obj-i686-pc-mingw32 \ dist \ bin.
