Set the animation properties first. Enter an animated document, set the document properties, including title, description, size, and background color, and then click OK.

Then create the Eagle component. To do the insert-new Symbol command, enter name as Eagle, select Type as graphic, and then click OK.

Then create the cloud component. Perform the Insert-new symbol command, creating a new graphic symbol named "Cloud."
Select Frame 1th, execute the file-import-Import to Stage command, and import a picture named Cloud. png into the scene.
Create an eagle dive effect. Convert to main scene 1, create a new layer 2. Drag a component named "Eagle" to the upper-left corner of the scene. Set Eagle direction, transparency, size, coordinates and so on.
Select frame 110th of Layer 2 to add keyframes. Set eagle transparency, size, and coordinates. Right-click Frame 1th of Layer 2 and select Create motion tween.
Create the effect of a cloud flap. Create a new layer (layer 3). Drag a component named "Cloud" onto the stage, place it on the right side of the background map, and set the parameters.

Select Frame 110th and press the F6 key to add a keyframe. Move the component to the top left of the scene and set the parameters. Right-click Frame 1th of Layer 3 and select Create motion tween. When you have finished setting up, save the file.
