Solve | Problems usually have novice question "why a certain music can not import flash" and so on, in fact, the reason is obviously, the friends who have seen the help may be aware of the following attachment so an article. As for the friends who have not seen it, then take a look at it.

That is: Flash can import 8-bit or 16-bit sound, sampling rate of 11kHz, 22kHz or 44kHz.

If your music can't be imported, show that its compression rate is not within the flash allowed. You can view the properties of the music file, which has a display. The solution is to compress or sample the music files, and you can usually try to download the Flash file again. If you have special music, you can refer to the following steps:

using software: Lamegui

Open after installation, options are not required to be changed, use [fixed bit rate]:128kbps

Select the file location after the input file and output, and then [start encoding]

The output of flash into the flash is successful.

PS: This software can be used to bulk suppress MP3 or WAV files, compression effect is very good, recommended use!

Handling Sound > Import sounds

You can add a sound file to flash by importing the sound file into the library of the current document.

Note When you place a sound on the timeline, you should place the sound on a separate layer. For more information, see Adding sounds to your document.

You can import the following sound file formats into Flash:
WAV (Windows only)
AIFF (Macintosh only)
MP3 (Windows or Macintosh)

If QuickTime 4 or later is installed on your system, you can import these additional sound file formats:
AIFF (Windows or Macintosh)
Sound Designer II (Macintosh only)
QuickTime movies with only sound (Windows or Macintosh)
Sun AU (Windows or Macintosh)
System 7 Sound (Macintosh only)
WAV (Windows or Macintosh)

Flash saves sound as well as bitmaps and symbols in the library. Like graphic symbols, you can use this sound in many ways in your document with just one copy of the sound file.

If you want to share sounds between flash documents, you can include sounds in shared libraries. For more information, see Working with common libraries. To use sounds in a shared library, you can assign an identity string to a sound file in the Link Properties dialog box. Identifiers can also be used to access sounds in ActionScript as objects. For information about objects in ActionScript, see Using sounds through sound objects.

Sound uses a lot of disk space and RAM. However, MP3 sound data is compressed, smaller than WAV or AIFF sound data. Typically, when using WAV or AIFF files, it is best to use 16 kHz single sound (stereo uses twice times the amount of data), but Flash can import 8-bit or 16-bit sounds with a sampling rate of 11kHz, 22kHz, or 44kHz. When exported, Flash converts the sound to a lower sampling rate sound. For more information, see Compressed sounds for export.

Note When you import a sound into Flash, the recording format of the sound is not a multiple of 11kHz (for example, 8, 32, or 96kHz) and will be resample.

If you want to add a sound effect to flash, it's a good idea to import 16-bit sounds. If you have limited RAM, use a short sound clip or 8-bit sound instead of 16-bit sound.
